The ORX App does not collect or transmit any personal information outside your Microsoft Teams environment. All data you enter or generate using ORX is stored securely within your organization’s Microsoft Dataverse and SharePoint environment associated with Microsoft Teams.

We do not have access to, store, or share:

• Personal data (such as names, email addresses, or other identifiers)

• Business Impact Analysis (BIA) data

• Business Continuity Plan (BCP) data

• Any other content entered into the App

Since ORX does not collect or transmit your personal information externally, we do not use your information for any processing, marketing, analytics, or sharing with third parties.

All data remains fully under the control and ownership of your organization.

ORX operates entirely within your Microsoft Teams environment. Your data security is governed by your organization's Microsoft 365 security controls, permissions, and policies.

We maintain ORX as a managed solution that runs within your tenant, and no external transmission to ResilienceNow Ltd. or any third party occurs.

Since ORX does not collect, process, or store any personal information outside your environment, user data rights (such as access, correction, or deletion requests) are managed internally by your organization’s Microsoft 365 administrators.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to ORX or applicable regulations. Any changes will be communicated through the updated policy available at the link provided in the App description.
